Will is busy as usual running the Ghost Agency when the ghost of Mrs. Turricane seeks his help in finding her brother, a ghost who disappeared. To make matters worse, Will and his friend Tupper find lyxospectrina, a blue liquid used by Ghost hunters to capture ghosts. Suspecting that a ghost hunter lurks in the city, Will and Tupper must act quickly to protect the Ghost Agency!
