A well written book, I know a bit about Brigid going into the book and came out with a bigger understanding ad respect for her. The book gives you a good history of Brigid and then breaks down all her different traits chapter by chapter. Love the way she offers different types of meditations at the end of each chapter. Even if it isn't the path you walk i would recommend you read the book just to have a better understanding of the lady and a lot more respect for Brigid and those that follow her Path.
