It has a blueprint for navigated difficult circumstances. The step that is about 'ever lie' She gives plenty of anecdotal evidence regarding public figures. It helped me to see how her steps for reducting the fallout for any conflict. ( ) Pretty easy read on a multifaceted subject. She breaks down the steps she uses to assist clients in managing crises...the public sort. An impressive resume. She reiterates over and over the 'POWER" method she uses: a) pinpoint the problem, 2) Own it, 3) work it through 4) explore it 5: rein it in. She uses real examples and explains clearly how to carry out these steps. The end of the book talks about how to give an apology that is meaningful and believable.
