This book follows the journey of a little penguin at a zoo who sees signs for the big dance. The little penguin moves visits different animals and tries to learn all of their dance moves but realizes that he can't dance like them. At the end, everyone claps and loves the little penguin's dance which he names break dancing because it breaks all the rules.
This is a good fantasy book because it has animal characters acting like humans, and the story itself is believable and holds together.
