Certainly, Jack Brady heard the stories and rumors, saw the movies and TV programs, and listened to one of his close friends talk about them passionately. But Jack had reservations and he wasn't a true believer. From his position within the CIA, he reasonably concluded people were seeing advanced aircraft, rockets, satellites or other devices the U.S. was developing and flying. By their very nature, they were strange looking, and, "secret". It was unlikely they were from another world, so he paid little attention to the subject.However, that night changed everything he thought about UFOs. There was no question about what he saw, so now he wasn't asking "if" they actually existed, but, "why" was the Government covering them up. And before he discovered the incredible truth, his search for the answers swept away his core beliefs, drove him to the edge of human perceptions, killed two of his best friends, and put his own life in danger.
