The race is on to find a magical substance to save a planet. An abundance of mystery and magic unfold in this tale of mythical creatures and wizardry. Knowledgeable scientists are needed to unlock the secrets so a plan starts to form for Theo Rattle, a former Earthbound scientist, from his base on the newly formed planet of Dorian. Time is running out for Cornus, home of the fallons, as someone has stolen the precious 'aurel' which is needed for the planet to survive. Jasper the dog is recruited to assist in the aurel's location, along with his master, Max. Chloe, a scientist's daughter, is also enlisted to help and with the aid of her TransFixa device travels through time and space in their quest.
