This book was very interesting and I definitely learned some new information about Paul Revere, including that his father was from France. However, because the facts about Paul Revere and his life are a little more slim than some of the other subjects covered by the series, a lot of this book was padded out with details about the war and the lead up to it. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, especially for the target audience who may need some reminders about that part of history. Like other books in the series, there are a little sidebars with interesting tidbits that tie into the historical context, as well as a timeline of Revere’s life and the world at large. Also, once again, the black-and-white illustrations are so sketchy and ill-formed they are essentially useless. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
