The layout is well designed and the author clearly and concisely introduces major themes in chess tactics without overwhelming the reader with inappropriately rigorous analysis. This edition never strays from its intended reader and that is an excellent quality for a chess book to have, unfortunately, it is also a rare one. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever struggled to know the difference between a deflection and a decoy or to anyone just getting started learning tactics. This edition is clean, clear, and concise. What else could you possibly want? sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
Every chess player has an intriguing array of tactics to choose from, and this comprehensive manual describes, analyzes, and teaches the best of them so beginners can understand the possibilities. Through progressively more difficult exercises and problems, novices will see how to deploy a variety of tactics for attack and how to defend against each type successfully. The result: a significantly better game. No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
