This one is much the same as the one before it fallowing the adventures of Obi Wan and Anakin in their struggle against the forces of evil. I found this book to be a little faster paced then the first which is all for the better. All and all I have to say it was a short but enjoyable read and I recommend it to any one who even remotely likes any thing about the Star Wars universe. ( ) Fourteen year old Anakin Skywaker is strong in the ways of the Force. His light saber skills are exceptional and his piloting is legendary. He should be an ideal Jedi apprentice. And yet, there is so much her still has to learn, It is up to Obi-Wan Kenobi to teach him theses things. But on a missions to a planet threaten by a toxic disaster, Obi-Wan and Anakin re separated. Anakin and there other apprentices one of them his rival must work together in order to survive. Anakin’s instincts are clean but are they right Anakin Skywalker’s destiny will determine the future of the galaxy Theses are events that form his fate http://lampbane.livejournal.com/439941.html "There's a lot less of the woobie moments between Anakin and Obi-Wan in this, which is what I expected (and why I was never crazy about reading this series). (Let's face it, the best parts of Episode II were Obi-Wan off doing his own thing, and not any of the scenes with Anakin.) There is one good moment near the beginning where Obi-Wan is thinking about how badly he wishes Anakin had a friend. In a way, it's the beginning of what we later see in Episode III when Anakin is being a pompous idiot (despite being written after Episode II but long before Episode III was finished)." I can see this is going to be a good series. I like the rivalry between Ferus and Anakin. Ferus was dead on when he said Anakin was like Galen. This was a fav part of mine: Galen (about his sister): You see what you have done? You've poisoned her mind against me Obi-Wan: Your planet is in ruins. Your family destoryed. Thousands are dead and still you blame others." That sounded like a familar Mustafar scene. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
