The Monopoly Factor, is a very intriguing story that kept me reading non-stop. The blend and diversity of characters throughout the book creates a suspensful atmosphere. Barry Foreman is a lawyer and the main character in the story who must, along with his brother, Noah, work his tail off to keep Susan his client from being killed by her former boss, Carl Rudd. Rudd, is a monopolist and he wants to dominate not only the scanner market but the telecommunication arena also. Rudd has murdered people before and he won't hesitate to do it again. Mid-way through the book the story really caught my attention and it continued to flow well and Saunders's writing style is enjoyable. Overall, I enjoyed reading this novel and would encourage anyone that is interested in suspense and mystery to go ahead and read it. ( )

A mystery with wonderful plot and a Superb climax!

There were so many things about this book that made it so good. The author had a way of holding my attention even if something suspenseful is not going on.
The Monopoly Factor starts out with Susan, a marketing analyst employed by the Rudd Corporation, stumbling onto top secret files that described the ruthless methods the CEO Carl Rudd had used to obtain a monopoly on the bar code scanner market. Once Susan learned that Rudd had found out that she had seen the files, she knew her life was in jeopardy. She went to see Barry Foreman, an attorney specializing in corporate crime.
After Barry takes Susan's case he struggles to keep the growing feelings he has for her at a distance. I thought that Barry’s character was great. There were parts in the book when I felt sorry for him especially when he had to face the fact that he may lose the woman he truly loved. I would recommend this book to anybody. ( )

With my Kindle, this mystery story kept me reading screen after screen to find out just what Barry (the attorney) would do next to save his client Susan Graham. The actions of the characters flow easily in this tale of corporate murder and deceit. The ending was just icing on the cake since the author had set up the scene with a cast of characters that I couldn’t help but root for Barry and his brother, Noah. It’s a great story that is not only believable but entertaining as well. Grab it on Kindle, you won’t be disappointed. ( )

A wonderful story plus a low Kindle price of $4!

The story was a bit slow starting out but then iit picks up the pace as Barry, the attorney and his brother Noah try everything in their power to stop Carl Rudd, the CEO of a large corporation, from killing Susan, by the hands of Rudd's assassin, Buzz Brunner. Now, I am in Barry's corner, cheering him on and the story kept me guessing 'til the very end.

When I finished the novel the only regret I had was that I didn't have another new novel by Mr. Saunders to pick up and start reading! Enjoy. ( )
