In Book Two of A Folk Tale from Earth: Bodhi Bug's adventure continues past the great river as Little Salmon has made it far out into the vast ocean but Bodhi Bug is stranded on shore searching for a way to follow. Raccoon, Heron, Crab, and Osprey all help him find a way out into the ocean. Orca guides Bodhi through the water and a mysterious wind whispers to him as he drifts with the currents to see new lands and meet new animals. While deep in hibernation Bodhi Bug has a vision for man and all the animals on Earth.
