This book presents, through copious b/w photo-illustrations, a detailed look at Hollywood's role in the Allied efforts of WW2, from the early stirrings of war through newsreels, to the aftermath of worldwide conflict and a hopeful postwar future. The text of the article was reprinted in Conversations with M.F.K. Fisher, ed. by David Lazar, Jackson: University Press of Mississippi, 1992.… (más)
