First I was worried I would not finish it. No just kidding. It turned out to be a good book to get at the core of what drives our worries about really anything. The doctor then addresses putting things into perspective and rethinking what we think. Simple stuff but quite powerful also. Much of the book addresses this retooling. The conclusion deals with specific worry areas that most people encounter, such as health. On balance a worthwhile and informative read for anyone looking for solutions.… (más)
