On one level I can't comment much because I haven't tried it but on another level I don't know that giving up that much food would be the best thing for me. It follows the usual advice from this kind of book. Give up Coffee, give up sugar, avoid as much processed food as possible and take a tonne of supplements. For a change Chaitow doesn't seem to be selling his own range, which is typical of this sort of advice book. I may try it at some stage but as a gluten intolerant person it would be removing some of my favourite foods (I have also been banned from giving up coffee, though I have reduced my consumption)

If I was doing this I would talk seriously to my doctor ahead of time and modify it in line with their advice.
