On the Left hand side of the page are several links. Each one allows a different view, each is filtered differently.
The World > All Topics - Just what it's name implies. It shows ALL topics from all groups.
Your World
> Your books - Topics that are discussing books you have in your library, buy touchstones.
> Your Groups - Displays all the topics from each group one has joined or is watching.
> Your Posts - Shows all the topics you have contributed to.
> Your Starred - All the posts you have starred. To star a post you click on the grey star by the number of posts and it will turn yellow. The star toggles on and off.
> (more) - Currently when you click on the (more) link it only has Ignored.
>> Ignored link will bring you to the first page of all the posts you have Ignored (you ignore a thread by clicking the 'X' symbol on the right of the list of threads or at the top of a specific thread)
