Any thoughts on the photo that showed Sheila Begbie as she appeared today 25 years ago?

Dr. Eileen Wentworth was posing as Shiela Begbie and as Winterthorne’s wife.

My thoughts are starting to look at her as the human form used by a djinn, as she is not aging and looks the same as she did 25 years ago in the photograph.

I'm starting it think of Rider Haggard's 'She' here who did not age. I do not think that Sheila is human at all.
