Can anyone help with the name and author of a book I read about 40 years ago?
It was set in a Scandinavian country, most likely Norway, about a woman who.marries a man who must be infertile, even though he doesn't realise, as the woman bears four children to an unknown man, evident to not be her husband's due to their eye colour.
