Found: Fantasy/dark fantasy book series about female mc that can control fear and manifest it it

Been looking for this series everywhere google
Reddit goodreads overdrive where I read it but it's gone from there convinced it's been deleted from existence somehow

Basically I don't remember any character names other than there's like more than 3 books to the series

The female mc is a witch/streghe/strega whatever you want to call it that can kill using fear she I believes has a sister

The male mc is a prince dude that literally can rip souls out of things and come contain them in his body

The two are in a sort of use/kill relationship

The setting is medievalish

It is not kingdom of the wicked
Throne of glass
Serpent and dove
And the fallen series
Also young elites

It's different in young elites the girl just uses illusions in the series I'm looking for she literaly sees ones worsts fear then turns it into a actual physical being then kills them with it
