Holly didn’t think she’d developed as a detective. Did you?

I think Holly does well with the computer work but I think she needs a little more experience in interviewing people.

I think she has good instincts and just needs a little more people interaction.

Holly has a different talent than Joe or Charlie or Vera. She is very good at finding information technically but really leaves a lot to be desired in dealing with actual people. She's developed in a different direction.

I think she has definitely developed and is first class at aspects of the job, but even withvtraining I don’t think she has the natural talent of someone like Vera (and Joe to a certain extent) when interviewing people. She will be able to improve with experience bit still won’t be in their league.

She has certainly come along in her time with Vera, but her people skills are still dreadful. I think it's a personality problem though, and I'm not sure you can learn empathy... If you don't give a fig, then that's all there is to it.
