I think it must be Patty's mom and I think that Marshall was seeing her too.

It seems likely that it was Mary Frances since she's been missing for years.

Strange that there was a second body, was it there before Brace hid the body or after? Did someone see Brace hide the body and used it to frame him if the body was discovered? More questions than answers. You do wonder if it is Patty’s mum’s body. So sad. 😥
