Billionaire Employer/employee romance novel where girl becomes pregnant

I'm looking for a book I read a few months ago- it is a contemporary romance between a rich man and a poor girl- his employee. The man puts the girl into work apartments, she doesnt know shes so near to him. One day, she's late for work, man finds her unconscious in bath tub and freaks out, but she turns out to be pregnant. Any ideas?
