it's for sale. Stock is priced at $150K (or something like that). FANTASTIC location - GREAT foot traffic and turn around. Owner is only reducing the number of stores to have more family time.

Please, whoever you are, we'll love you to become our new fav store owner!

I moved to Mendocino County in 2008 and have since bought a bookstore of my own up here, but, wow, would I love to own and run Phoenix Books. What a great store. I hope you find (or have found) a buyer.
