Group Read: The Rule of St. Benedict

Tim, John, Nathaniel and I are embarking on a singularly obscure obscure quest: to read the Rule of St. Benedict. Here's to hoping we can be done by mid-November!

What edition(s) are you using? I have Sister Joan Chittister's The Rule of Benedict: A Spirituality for the 21st Century and and the Anthony C. Meisel translation of The Rule of St. Benedict.

I have failed to locate my copy of the Rule. I thought I had it in Nairobi but I can't find it so I suspect it is still in storage in the UK. However I have found the online version that Nathaniel recommended. Assuming it doesn't tell me after the first couple of pages that I no longer have access unless I register and pay a fee, I can follow online.

I own RB 1980: The Rule of St. Benedict. It was given to me years ago by a Benedictine monk. I read it a few years back. I might join you in reading it.
