- If you wonder why most of my ratings are four stars, it's because I can't be bothered to list books I've read and hated. Granted there aren't too many of those, but still - life is too short.

- I'm still mad my mother made me wait to learn to read till I started school. Have been catching up ever since. Not doing too badly, actually. The year I worked in a bookstore I read 300 books. I'm down to about 100 a year now. I've worked in book, magazine, and newspaper publishing and am thrilled to be doing PR for a couple of authors now. Hopefully more soon, because there's nothing like the joy of working with the hyperliterate.
