- Sobre mi biblioteca
- Now consists mainly of sociological and ethnographic studies of Asian American, particularly South Asian American, communities. Have a large collection of Asian American fiction that I'm still slowly making my way through --academic reading doesn't leave me much time for fun reading.
September 2008: I don't know what I would have done these last few months without books such as THE LITTLE BIG BOOK OF PREGNANCY, FOREVER IN BLUE, and IF THESE BOOBS COULD TALK... They are what have helped me maintain a sense of humor, and perspective, as I learn to be a mom. - Sobre mí
- Ph.D. student in American Studies & Ethnicity at the University of Southern California. Currently working on dissertation on how first and second-generation Indian immigrant doctors in Southern California experience race, class, and gender as non-white immigrant professionals serving a diverse population.
