Sobre mi biblioteca
My library contains mostly novels by such American writers as Faulkner, Morrison, Fitzgerald, Erdrich, Tan, and Wright. But I also have biographies, critical works, and even some books by such pop culture figures as Whoopi Goldberg, Chelsea Handler, and Joan Rivers.
Sobre mí
I'm a retired English (20th Century American Literature, Composition, Black Literature) professor, who has written two books since I retired in 2009. My first book, A Redlight Woman Who Knows How to Sing the Blues is a memoir, published last year and named to Kirkus Reviews' Best Indie True Stories of 2013. The second book, a humorous self-help, social-commentary book called The Bronze Rule was published last month. I also have a weekly blog on goodreads.
