Steig Larssons Millenium Trilogy is one of the latest additions. Some of my favorite authors are Vikram Seth, Sebastian Faulks, Margaret Atwood - currently reading Tove Jansson's "Travelling Light" - and like all her books - it is pure magic. Just now . I am about to add Ingmar Bergman's "The Magic Lantern" to my collection and I am so looking forward to it.
Not only novels on my bookshelves - also art, design, philosophy. politics, travel. a few biographies, even fewer autobiogrhaphies (Gore Vidal's "Palimpsest" just amazing and gets re-read every now and then) some poetry and fairytales too.
And now I am running out of bookcases ... again!

Swedish but live in London, England in a house full of books and books and MORE books ! Taught myself to read and was avid reader at age 5 ...
