I am a lifelong runner and sailor. I live on the New Hampshire seacoast with my wife and two cats. I have two grown children, a son who lives in Las Vegas and a daughter who lives in California with her husband and daughter. A lifetime of working in the restaurant business, sailing in Caribbean and New England waters, and hanging out with an active running community has given me a wealth of story ideas.
