Most of my books I collected as a child and a teenager, when I had more time to be a bookworm. I noticed as I added to my library that quite a few were Oprah books, but mostly I read them because my mom, or sister, or husband said to--I haven't watched Oprah since 1994, when my first child was born! I only list the books I like, not the ones I haven't been able to finish or plan on giving away. If you have a recommendation for me, I'd love to hear it! Oh, I also love to collect beautifully illustrated children's books. Which my kids aren't allowed to touch.

I am a thirty something mom of 4, including 3 year old twins. I am homeschooling my six year old, using the Waldorf methods. My interests include home decorating, sewing crafts, painting and drawing. I'm sort of here looking for something good to read that falls within my interests.
