I prefer to read books by Indie authors. Areas vary from poems, romance, and non-fiction to fantasy, science fiction, supernatural, and horror. The less conventional the book is, the better.

I am a scientist with a Ph.D. who has worked in academia, industry, and the government. I write a blog entitled Ratio Scientiae (https://www.ratioscientiae.com/ratio-scientiae-blog) about science, pseudoscience, and antiscience.
