The NorthwestPAGrants' LibraryThing library contains books housed in the Grant Resource Center's collection. This includes core Foundation Center publications, as well as other books of interest to grantseekers and non-profits.
Some of the books in the collection can be checked out with a Franklin library card or a different library's card that displays the AccessPA sticker; others are non-circulating reference books.

The Franklin Public Library's Grant Resource Center opened in April 2008 as the 17th Foundation Center Cooperating Collection in Pennsylvania. The Grant Center's mission is to help rural northwest Pennsylvania’s non-profit organizations, churches, and government agencies research and write winning grant proposals. We provide resources and programming for non-profit staff, board members, volunteers, and friends, with an emphasis on grantseekers. The Center is housed on the main floor of the Franklin Public Library in Franklin, Pennsylvania, tucked away on the right hand side of the main circulation desk.
