- My name is Joanne Clancy. I live in Cork, which is a coastal city in the south of Ireland. I am an avid reader and tea fiend! I write romance novels with a twist. I've worked in various office jobs for most of my twenties and in January 2009, having been made redundant, I decided to write full-time. The redundancy was really a blessing in disguise, because it gave me the opportunity and the time to dedicate myself to writing.
