I am an artist and a writer. I am the author of Border Writing, the Multidimensional Text (1991), Ninety-five Languages (1999) and An Introduction to Complexity Pedagogy, Using Critical Theory, Critical Pedagogy and Complexity in Performance & Literature (2023). The book includes chapters on LeAnne Howe (Choctaw), the Chicana lesbian author Gloria Anzaldua, the performance artist Karen Finley and the performance collaborators Bob Flanagan and Sheree Rose. I am currently working on a book, Parables, that will be published in 2024. It will include a chapter on Octavia Butler.
