- Mr. Daniel A. Levine, Managing Director, Hiram Capital (www.hiramcapital.com), has over fourteen years of service in the private equity, accounting, real estate, and finance industries. At Hiram Capital, he provides advisory expertise to several private and public companies in the areas of equity and debt structuring, capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, working capital management, risk management, and business strategy. At Hiram Capital he serves as an advisor to family offices, institutions, and NGOs (such as the The World Bank Group) on dynamic budgeting, treasury management, VAR metrics, and other financial /operational issues, and other engagements requiring him to work with high-level government officials in a number of member countries.
As a result of this experience, Mr. Levine is well versed in the financial expertise necessary for entities to remain ahead in today’s competitive marketplace. He also has extensive experience with follow-on offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. His clients have ranged from one-person startups to billion dollar multinationals. In addition, he retains an array of influential contacts in the private equity market, accounting profession, finance industry, various government departments, and in several international sub-national agencies and development organizations. His real estate background includes fund development, fund structuring, sale and lease-back transactions, and capital-raising for property development and real estate-specific funds.
Mr. Levine received a BS in Political Science from Arizona State University, an MBA with an International Finance concentration, as a Wolcott Fellow, from The George Washington University, and a Certified Treasury Professional designation from the Association for Financial Professionals.
