The story of MFK FIsher, told in a rather dry fashion. Instead, read one of her wonderfully rich books - The Art of Eating is on my list!
I adore everything that Fisher wrote and have read the previous biographies. This book provides additional insights and correctly focuses in on the period when Fisher found herself as a creative writer and basically created an entirely new genre of writing. Well done .
