This is a magnificent failure. Lots of good ideas, horribly presented by somebody desperately trying to be `one of the guys' while promoting definetely cheffy techniques.

My suggestion for environmentally sound cooking for people who don't like to cook is; don't . Stop and join a group of people who have somebody who cooks for them i.e. Go to a good restaurant.

Kind of pop up. Kind of weird.

Mr Wind tries very hard to be funny and popular. Sometimes he succeeds. More a collector's book than a cookbook.
