The Wraith: Welcome To Christmasland #1 por Joe Hill
When all five issues are released and I've read them all, I'll put this on my 'read' pile. Finished all six issues and forgot to add it.
A brilliant addition to the novel. Full colour. Particularly good to see images of Christmasland. The plot in this book makes a good short story, including the origin of Charlie Manx, and some new characters who put up an entertaining fight to try and escape, particularly from the simp-hoister (ferris wheel) scene, that leads onto the maze.
If you liked "NOS4A2", this is for you! It is the origin story for that novel. Sort of. The first chapter is the origin of Charlie Manx and his evil car. The last chapter is the origin of Christmasland. In between, is a story of a prison van that crashes and what happens to its occupants when Manx, and his children, host them in Christmas land. That tale is NOT an origin one.
