List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items. I'd be using fresh stock and fresh vegetables myself rather than packaged items NOR canned items. Directions are given. There are NO pictures. Meal plans are included. Though I've never heard of this diet before, I was intrigued after reading all of the health benefit claims. After all, it's mostly clean vegan eating but also with fish. Easy enough, right? I couldn't wait to dive into it.
