This is the first journal that I've ever been able to use faithfully. I had two foot surgeries and then a total knee joint replacement this year, and this journal has encouraged me to monitor my medications, supplements, sleep, physical therapy, diet, and so much more. It's the easiest journal I've found that is also very complete, and has enough space to record everything you need. I will likely use this for the rest of my life, so I'll be buying more to stock up!
