Great book if you are interested in using PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL environment. The ideal reader is someone who is implementing a site and wants a recipe to follow. Chapter 6, Project Design, is worth a read for any environment. I'm glad someone is documenting this very common process in libraries for current and future readers.
