Fun read. Sometimes overwhelming in scientific explanations that are somewhat unclear. Good story of friendships and hard work!!

I absolutely loved this book. The author not only did her research, but she has lived it too, so it's not just theory. As a 50-year-old woman myself, and one that has just taken up running in the past couple of months, it was incredibly motivating and inspiring to hear from women runners older than myself who have kept going over the years, and even some that took up running even later in life than myself.

Great advice, great interviews and great stories.
