Our tai chi instructor recommended this book and I mainly read the section on the health benefits as indicated by research studies. It all sounds good but the only thing is that the author keeps saying "further studies need to be done" to support current findings. Basically, doing tai chi doesn't hurt but no one's completely sure about its full benefits.
