Such a cute book. The lyrics of the song with beautiful illustrations.

interactive/musical story (without necessarily needing to sing the whole verse again for each spread). The ending was a bit abrupt to me (and would require the kids to be able to see the mom getting up and calling the kids in) so I'm not sure about it being ideal for storytime crowds, but you could maybe adapt the ending to suit your needs.

the very end of the story goes through 10 complete verses with all of the actions, plus a final verse that calls for doing all 10 of the actions in sequence, if your kids are up for the challenge.

Its a fun interactive book to read with children. Jungle animlas sing the classic, "If your happy and you know it, clap your hands!" I read it to my class at the daycare, and they reallly enjoyed getting into the book.

This book is sweet in both its story and its illustrations but still manages to show the quirkiness of Andy Warhol. Why would anyone have 25 cats all named Sam? It is not the kind of book that you would expect to be about Andy Warhol, again, both visually and textually. It's a book that only a family member could write as it reveals the family relations and the kindness of this man who many people disliked (even if many more worshiped him).

This story is told by a nephew of Andy Warhol. Excellent images are portrayed in the words of the narrator.
