There are three reasons why I like this book. First, the illustrations were enhancing to the story and very colorful. They showed how big the mess was that the bear left, and were very simple yet good. Second, the plot was very organized with “First… then…” and showed the steps of bed time for young children. For example, “First, lets put the toys away.” Finally, I like how it is in first person, and the little boy is narrating the text. That makes the story more fun for children in my opinion. For example, the boy says, “I’m back! It’s time for bed.” This book was short and funny. The big take away from this children’s book is to add humor to bedtime when reading to young children, they can look at the bold pictures and hear the funny story of a bear in the boys bed.… (más)
