Leah Vernon makes space for herself and is authentic, daring to be honest and to share every piece of herself unapologetically. To paraphrase her, the world can be unkind to those with many intersectionalities, but she embraces those things and stands up for her right to just be who she is. I loved her voice and the things she had to say, and I hope she continues to speak loudly and proudly.
