Mircea Veleanu

Dr. Mircea Veleanu is a retired physician, board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and life fellow of American College of Surgeons and life fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Mircea Veleanu served in the U.S. Army as a major in MC and is a veteran of the Vietnam war. For the past 34 years, he has lived in the Hudson Valley area. He is a refugee from Romania. He speaks 7 languages, seved as an officer in 3 different countries' armies and lived in many countries prior immigrating to the U.S. He resides in Westchester County, New York and is a dedicated scholar to oriental arts. He enjoys traveling around the world, and his main hobby is collecting antiques and antiquities. He is the author of 4 collectors' books published by Schiffer Publishing.
