Not quite as polished as some of the series. Good storyline.
UPDATE - I have to lower the number of stars on this on a second reading. The treatment of rape while the man is not held accountable is reprehensible and I cannot support it in the current BS climate about men somehow needing to be coddled.
This was a bit ... good storyline, ok interactions. But some how I just couldn't connect. There was not much chemistry. It is beyond sweet, with its avoidance of anything sexual. The whole series is like that. Incredbly abrupt non-ending with no resolution. The reader is left hanging and angry. I don't even want to read more.… (más)

This was a cute, fast read, but the ending was a little too abrupt for my taste.
I won this book from the first-reads program.
All in all, I found this book a quite enjoyable read. It was easy and quick - entertaining, and incredibly sweet. I enjoyed the small fantasy element in it, and all the characters were really quite lovable.
While the book wasn't phenomenal, it was a truly engaging read for the genre which it is in. The plot was engaging, and made me smile. I'd recommend this as a nice summer read, preferably with a glass of cold lemonade. :)
