The title says it all. This book is a clear and concise how-to in the art of quilt making. The format is straight-forward and easy to follow, even for an amateur like myself. Each step is clearly defined and clearly described, and very easy to understand.

The author walks the reader through every step. From choosing fabric to choosing the style, from creating the blocks to creating the quilt “sandwich”, and from sewing borders and binders to choosing the quilting pattern, this book has it all. And it all comes in easy language with easy step-by-step instructions.

I have read a number of how-to-quilt books which often leave me confused and still unsure of how to proceed, but this book gave what it’s title promised. I now feel much more confident in tackling my first quilt.… (más)
