Harlan Hawkes is selfish, rich and very old. A private team of top doctors care for him 24/7. He'll do anything to cheat death. His doctor is working on a treatment that might make Harlan immortal but Death intervenes to keep the balance. (fonte: Imdb)
The three leads are very likable and give good performances, but the script is amateurish and the monsters aren't very scary. At least the film spared us the "parents come home" scene.
Scenery is fantastic and I love the chemistry between the major characters. Great tie-in about the aunt and all she meant to the town.
