For anyone who seriously wants to change their eating habits, this book can be helpful in a practical way. Approached from a scientific aspect, the contents may be a bit more than the casual reader can digest, but for those who paid attention in science and biology classes, it makes sense. Unfortunately, someone borrowed the book before I was almost at the end, so this review won't be complete since the book never reappeared. In our food obsessed culture, A Life Without Dieting is something to aspire to. The information is useable and applicable - but this is NOT a quick fix for being overweight, rather it's a pragmatic look at how one's body works and why the body does what it does with the food you eat.… (más)
